# Jaisiu

> Jaisiu is a self-hosted control plane for AI agents, published by Pryzm (Wrocław, Poland). One CLI, local GGUF and cloud models, token pool not per seat. License per node, hard-billed.

Jaisiu is a product of Pryzm (Wrocław, Poland). The name "Pryzm" is wordplay on the Polish word *pryzmat* (prism) — refracting one beam of light into a spectrum. Pryzm is not affiliated with pryzm.io.

## What Jaisiu is
- A self-hosted control plane: one CLI, one dashboard, every model (local GGUF and cloud)
- A license (pzk_) per node, with a pooled broker token cap
- Optional broker token add-on packs (100M, 400M) for hosted-model use
- Hard cap on tokens: agents pause when the pool is empty, never overage

## What Jaisiu is not
- Not a per-seat agent cloud
- Not a chat product
- Not affiliated with pryzm.io (an unrelated entity at pryzm.io — different spelling on the wire: pryzm.at vs pryzm.io)
